CowPrincess Posted March 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2008 I've been waiting 5 or 6 days for a reply. Is that normal?

jtl513 Posted March 4, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2008 My DW sent a question on a Friday and got a reply on Wednesday, so that was 3 working days. I suppose it would depend on how difficult your question is, among other things.
Jade13 Posted March 4, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 4, 2008 I've been waiting 5 or 6 days for a reply. Is that normal? Yes! Who did you e-mail? Call Guest Services and ask for the Coordinator of the ship you will be on. Or, are you trying to find the excursions or Air department?
CowPrincess Posted March 4, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted March 4, 2008 It was a simple question "What time can we board in Vancouver as we are joining a cruise that starts in San Diego", and gave the ship name and date. I'd have thought I'd have had a reply by now. I'll call closer to departure date if they don't e-mail me back.
jtl513 Posted March 4, 2008 #6 Share Posted March 4, 2008 It was a simple question "What time can we board in Vancouver as we are joining a cruise that starts in San Diego", and gave the ship name and date. I'd have thought I'd have had a reply by now. I'll call closer to departure date if they don't e-mail me back. The official answer will probably be "1:30p", but in fact in most ports boarding starts around 11:00a to 11:30a under normal circumstances. Rare dogo88 Posted March 4, 2008 #7 Share Posted March 4, 2008 Yes they do, but they are not quick. I sent in questions about some tours and it took a week or so. Dan

atudorquene Posted March 5, 2008 #9 Share Posted March 5, 2008 I received an answer in three days, and then within a day for any followups to that first response. Better than my TA 'SmartCruiser.com' who has not answered my emails in over a week. I am going to have to call them, I think.:(
gotsand Posted March 5, 2008 #10 Share Posted March 5, 2008 They do answer their phones with no wait. Emails did not work for me, but the phone did.
