I think I understand the question the following is what happened to us on our cruise of 9/5/04 with RCI 1) $250.00 total (two people) credit to sail and sign account, this amount was deducted from what we owed at end of cruise. 2) 50% off of our next (same length -same price) cruise with RCI (expires 1 year from issue date) Hope this helps.
