Dress code for main dining rooms

I read that jeans are allowed in one main dining room but not the other.Which one allows jeans?

When we were on the PoAl about a month ago, jeans were OK in the Crossings dining room, but not allowed in the Palace dining room (both are on deck 5, Crossings in the Aft and the Palace was just off the atrium)
