beachandsurf Posted March 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2008 My fiance and I decided to meet with some wedding planners not affiliated with the ship - we really want to get married on a beautiful beach on an island and want to have some control over the situation (time, place, etc). We're thinking St Thomas is the best port to get married because it seems the easiest for paperwork. Does anyone have experience with St Thomas or St John wedding planners? I'm setting up a meeting with Janelle at Island Bliss and hoping to meet with others. Does anyone recommend another wedding planner or even another island? I don't want to skip over anything... CaribbeanGal79 Posted March 28, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 28, 2008 Janelle does a great job beachandsurf she also happens to be a terrific and honest person too Small island so I happen to know her but there are many great wedding companies although she is the only one that got mentioned on this post so far that I would recommend which is maybe why beachandsurf asked that question I hope this helps
esbie11 Posted March 28, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 28, 2008 I am working with Leslie-Thomas Dawson at Perfect Weddings of St. Thomas, and so far I am very pleased with her. Between the 2 boards that I look at a lot (here and at The Knot Destination Wedding board), I have heard nothing but good things about both Leslie and Janelle from Island Bliss.
