hopefully someone that has been here before can help me with my ds 12 and 14.

coming here in aug and looking for best beach for the boys to enjoy.

Personally, we love 7 Mile Beach. I went on a cruise in 2002 with my 3 kids (ages 17, 16 and 10 at the time) and they LOVED it! We were able to get a taxi and go there on our own. The beach had a bar & grill area, as well as chaises, umbrellas and floats available (for a small fee). The kids liked being able to snorkel right off the shore and I didn't have to worry about them going out too far. I don't recall being bothered by a bunch of beach vendors either. We are going there again this June on the Legend...and really looking forward to it.

Seven Mile beach or Rum point has alot for kids to do, you will love all of the beaches in GC. Have a wonderful time.
