Where should we stay post cruise?

My family and I are booked on the Magic for 3 nts on 12/21/08. Since will will arrive back in port on Christmas eve, I am looking for a place to stay for Christmas before heading home. I am not really looking to visit any theme parks, etc... Iwould prefer something more low-key (a beach perhaps?). We have a 3yr old and a 1yr old, so it must be kid friendly. Since will be be staying over Christmas, it is also important that we have restaurants, etc. nearby that will be open on Christmas day.

Does anyone have any suggestions of areas to go and places to stay?

my son in law works for the Hilton so we are staying at the Hilton at north atlantic ave, cocoa beach, fla. per the web site it is a hotel on the beach. Looks like a nice place for kids. WE will have 5 under 7 with us. Will let you know when we get back.
