BOSS excursion or Champagne catamaran

We are taking our first cruise on RC on march 22. We have 2 girls, ages 12 and 13. Trying to decide on excursions. RC has a BOSS underwater trip that sounds great, but has anyone done this? If so, is it worth the money?

 

The Champagne catamaran to St. John's sounds great too.

 

Any suggestions?

We did the BOSS on New Years Eve. It was OK but not my most favorite excursion. It cost us $119 per person. If anyone in your family has issues with claustrophobia or ear stabilizing when flying, I wouldn't recommend this excursion. thanks! it is expensive, which is why i am a bit concerned about booking it. Never though about the claustrophic aspect! I am thinking the catamaran to St. John's may be the better trip.

I do have some claustrophobic tendencies and I panicked a bit. I spent half my time not enjoying the view but trying to breathe in and out slowly. DH didn't have a problem. I also could only drop half the depth than normal because my ears wouldn't pop.

 

I don't want to discourage you. It was a great experience but I had to get through some issues to have it, which made the money I spent to do it seem sort of wasted, if that makes sense! :)
