We are booked with Marva....Here is our dilemma...We are looking to see some of Jamaica other than the city of MoBay, the peddlers, etc...We want something safe and not too too far out or isolated...Would love to see some of the beauty of Jamaica..Thought about going to Dunn's River Falls just to see them, etc..Not interested in climbing them...Need some more ideas...

Any help or advice would be appreciated...

Can you suggest some things to drive out to see, etc..We really just want to see the sights,etc..while staying safe...Thanks for any info~~

we really liked mayfield falls. closer to mobay than dunn's. It was about a 45 min (bumpy) ride into the mountains. you can see small villages, mountain side houses, local plants and animals. it was a really nice way to see the mountains and of course the falls themselves were so neat. like walking inthe jungle. bring water shoes for the falls, they have some to rent, but having your own is a little nicer. not flip-flops as they will come off, but sturdy water shoes or teva type sandals.
