riddle Posted March 12, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2008 What is with NCL's Shore Excursion desk? Until this time I have been treated very well by all NCL employees. Not today. I called to make a minor change to a booked shore excursion. After being on hold for over 20 minutes someone finally came on the line. She was rude, did not give me the impression that she wanted to help me at all and then hung up without saying thank you, you are welcome or even goodbye! I never got a chance to get her name because she hung up after I thanked her "for her help". I just called back, spent another 20+ minutes on hold and spoke to another agent who was very helpful.
