Fantastic photos and blog, Pierces! I haven't read it thoroughly yet, but I will. It's late here and my eyes want the rest of the night off.

 

Wow, I would have had a hard time leaving my telephoto at home!

 

Have you had the chance to do underwater photography like you mentioned? I gave it a try myself on a recent, non-cruise trip to Hawaii.

Thanks for the Link to your blog Dave. Really enjoyed reading about your cruise. Was especially intrigued with your stop in Kiribati. We recently returned from a cruise on the NCL spirit and one ofour waitresses was from there. I had never heard of it before and she was only too happy to tell us all about her country. The countrie's flag on her name tag was very pretty. It was all very interesting and I came home and looked it up on the internet. I learned that it was country made up of a group of islands, sort of like our states here. Do you remember the name island where you stopped?
