amready Posted March 16, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2008 We haven't been in an aft room yet (that is happening in May). But these pictures may help you. http://www.romain-moisescot.com/voyagerclass/albums/albumsFR.html
RnD Posted March 17, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 17, 2008 We had two cabins aft facing on deck six. After seeing the pictures and realizing how much deck was behind us we switched to two "regular JS cabins on deck 9. The cruise consultant from RCCL said deck six aft have small balconies and poor visibility, and she could not understand why they suggested them to us months ago when we booked. Deck seven would have been Ok but that is no longer an option. At any rate, as I said glad I saw the pictures prior to seeing the cabins in person. ckrobyn Posted March 17, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 17, 2008 Which aft cabin do you have booked? Like the previous poster suggested - I would stay away from aft cabins on deck 6. Too much metal obstruction to look through.
MIcruiser99 Posted March 17, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 17, 2008 We had cabin 9692, this is the best picture of the cabin. I found better pictures of the balcony online. http://cruiseclues.com/shipstips/adventureoftheseas.htm My pictures really did not show the size of the balcony. Peggy13 Posted March 17, 2008 #6 Share Posted March 17, 2008 We stayed in 7688 and 7690 on the Mariner (corner AFT and one in) - they were both awesome cabins. We loved them - triple cabins with huge balconies.
