Aft cabin too rough for Mexican Riviera?

For those of you who stayed at an aft or balcony cabin of a Celebrity Mercury, please share your experience. We are prone to motion sickness, and wondering whether an aft cabin would be too rough for the Mexican Riviera...

BTW, how was the entertainment on the Mercury for this itenirary?

But I've ALWAYS sailed in aft cabin on Carnival. I also get very seasick, take the patch! Aft is actually much better than foreward cabins, but I take patch just in case. Don't want to ruin my vacation. Bon Voyage!

We were in an aft suite on the Dawn Princess going from Acapulco to LA. I had read about the "rough seas" in the Mexican Riviera but it was probably the smoothest sailing we've had to date. The only minor issue we had was when the thrusters start up going into and out of port the room really shakes. I'm not sure if all ships are this way, but ours was. Not a big probelm, just something to be aware of.

Now that we've had the aft cabin, I don't think I could go with anything else!
