As I understand it, There is no longer a top optional deck designated. There is an area for adults only and it could be possible someone will be there topless. Not real likely I would think.

no, there is no longer a topless deck :( there is an area designated as adults only, but that is strictly to keep the kids bothering other people. there is no topless sunbathing on deck, they will be asked to cover up...part of some decency crap carnival has going on.
