17 & 16 yo Diving on Liberty

Can my 17yo daugher and her 16yo friend do the Dive excursion through Carnival in Grand Turk as long as we (parents who are all non-divers) sign permission? They are getting their certification next month and will be going to visit my mom in Cozumel this summer for more diving.

http://www.oasisdivers.com/ is the dive operator the cruise lines contract with to provide the dive trips. Maybe contact them directly and ask? Or you can contact Carnival directly.

 

Personally, I'd recommend Blue Water Divers I think your DD & friend would have a better trip.
