Sorry your right I forgot to add details. It is for a 10 day cruise to Panama Canal April 5-15th. We want to try and book at Bayou on our anniversary, but not sure if I want to miss formal night in the dining room.

When i went on that cruise it was the 2nd and 8th nights. usually they are sea days.

We sailed on this itinerary on January 26th this year and the two formal nights were on night two (first sea day) and night eight (third sea day).

A great itinerary and a beautiful ship. Enjoy!:D

On the March 6th sailing it was also nights 2 and 8. Do Bayou on a casual night; you don't want to be eating spicy peel-n-eat shrimp or gator ribs in a tux or gown! Have the filet mignon if you like steak - it's the size of a softball. Outrageously good. :)
