question about A3 courtyard villa

I have a few questions about the courtyard villas. Are soda and bottled water included with the courtyard villa? Are there lounge chairs on the balcony? Is the butler in the courtyard the same one for your suite?

Just off the Jewel last week and still in re-adjustment mode!

 

No free drinks in the room except the high-end Saeco coffee maker (it grinds and brews very good espresso-type coffee). There's still and sparkling water, but $4.50 per liter bottle. Also sodas in the mini-bar, but around $2 each. There's always ice water out on the courtyard which we used a lot.

 

The butler takes care of you in the room and will certainly come check on you on the courtyard and will serve meals for you out there or in the suite. On the Jewel we also had another steward who was focused on the courtyard - took occasional drink orders, etc.

Knew I missed one question - there is very comfy artificial rattan furniture on the balcony. More like big comfy chairs, not loungers. Spent a lot of time out there too!

I have been told we cannot bring guests into the courtyard, is this true. Is Cagney's still available for breakfast and lunch. Have they started serving meals in the courtyard yet? Any 2.0 changes yet?

Don't know policy on guests in the courtyard, sorry. On the Jewel, they do serve meals in the courtyard or in your room. Breakfast and lunch still available in Cagney's (either there or in room/courtyard). Jewel Freestyle 2.0 is scheduled for restaurant upgrades in early April, hotel upgrades in May.

This was discussed just a short time ago. The courtyard is for ONLY those passengers staying in a courtyard villa suite, owner's suite, deluxe owner's suite or the Garden Villa. Guests may visit your suite but not the courtyard or private sun deck.

 

Cagney's is available for breakfast & lunch for only those passengers staying in an AE Penthouse or better.
