EnzosMom Posted March 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 28, 2008 Hello All, I know there is the $75.00 bus roundtrip but I can also take a bus for $30.00 roundtrip and save a lot of $$$$ :D ..but it takes me to Penn Station or Grand Central Station. I am a single Mom and I will be travelling alone with a 5 yr old. I go to NY a lot, so I am familiar with the area. Just not sure how to get to Jersey...Is there a "hassle free" way to get from Penn Station or Grand Central to Bayonne, Pier? Anyone know how much it woukd be for taxi or another bus? Thanks....

I think you would probably lose the difference you would have saved, with the expense to travel from GC or Penn to Bayonne. I'm sure there is bus to Bayonne from both Penn and GC, but I do not think it stops at the cruise port. It's mostly for commuters I believe. Does the 75 dollar bus go straight to the cruise terminal? If so, I would go with that.
EnzosMom Posted April 1, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted April 1, 2008 thanks for the reply. I think you are right. I will take the bus from south station to the pier directly for $75 rt.
