Is anyone aware of any WiFi HotSpots near the pier in San Juan?

Not been and tried it myself, but there should be wifi in the squares in Old San Juan - so yuou might be able to pick up a signal not too far from the ship.

 

It was announced back in the summer that OSJ would offer wifi.

 

There is also an internet cafe close to teh Sheraton hotel near Pier 4 and teh Sheraton may also have wifi.

no, but close to pier there is supposed to be an internet cafe and I would also give the sheraton a call - they may have wifi in their common areas.

Well I just boarded the Crown today and was delighted to discover the WiFi from OSJ allowed me to use my laptop from my aft balcony for free. My husband also used the laptop from the horizon court free. It won't work once we leave port, but it's free today. Thanks Coqui for the information. I wouldn't have thought to give it a try otherwise.
