Ms belp Posted April 6, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 6, 2008 I wish I had a view like you do!! I can't imagine being on the shore, able to watch cruise ships pass by. Lucky you! Count your blessings! I'm sure you will be on one someday, waving at your neighbors as you sail away.:D
SeaPhotoBug Posted April 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted April 6, 2008 I’ve had those goose-bumps too! Back in March we cruised on the Norwegian Spirit, and then in November we were staying in the West End on Roatan. We found out from the NCL cruise schedule that the Spirit would be visiting Roatan and then waited for her. It was so exciting spotting her way off in the distance, and then photographing her as she sailed close to shore. There was something really odd about this though. I can see getting goose-bumps in New Jersey, but we were staying in the West End in a private luxury ocean-front four-bedroom villa with a pool, and we still felt the same way. I just can’t wait for our Baltic cruise this summer!
