Honestly depends on what you're looking for. If you're really into snorkeling then I would say Coki, if you just want a beautiful beach day then it's Megan's for sure. A good alternative is Sapphire Beach, which is really the best of both worlds.

Sapphire Beach is beautiful and good snorkeling (virtually no snorkeling at Megans). If you go to Sapphire, be sure to wear water shoes or fins as the bottom is fairly rough on your feet. Megans has a perfectly sandy bottom.

Enjoy.

Stick with Meagan's. We went to Trunk Bay and didn't think it was worth the hassle and expense in getting there. Maybe because we were truly disappointed with the snorkeling at Trunk Bay - very few fish and not very colorful etc. We loved the boat rides but the 2 hour trip wasn't worth going to a very crowded beach.

Megan's is a large, beautiful beach with NO snorkeling.

Coki is a very small beach with lots of fish.

We've been to both and our family preferred the snorkeling at Coki.

On our cruise next week we plan to go to Saphire beach which is said to be larger than Coki and still offer some opportunities for snorkeling.

We'll be anxious to hear what you have to say about Sapphire beach. We went to Coki a couple of wks ago & they had great snorkeling but it was very very crowded. The chairs were right up on each other. No walking room between them. Someone mentioned Sapphire Beach so we'll be interested to hear what you have to say when you return. Wishing you a wonderful time!
