luvstosun Posted April 9, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Can anyone tell me if there are irons in the cabins? I really have a thing about wrinkled clothes. If I don't have to pack a travel iron, that would be one less thing to worry about.
Toto2Kansas Posted April 9, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Princess has self service laundry rooms on passenger decks which include irons/ironing boards for your use. Irons are prohibited in staterooms because of the fire hazzard.

mauiedin87 Posted April 9, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Those are considered a fire hazard. On those ships that have laundromats on the various decks, they have very good irons and ironing boards available for use. No need to carry something that heavy and bulky! Furthermore, the ambient humidity on most cruise destinations often takes care of any wrinkles anyway.
augie Posted April 9, 2008 #5 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Be sure to wear jeans and baseball caps as much as possible since they are fairly wrinkle resistant.
