Soda Question

Last week on Century my cousin brought a small cooler onboard as a carry on with Pepsi because seh doesn't like Coke and they didn't have a problem with it. Our steward kept the cooler filled with ice all week for us. I've always heard you can pack it in your checked baggage if you're worried about it.

yeah, gotta agree, that would be tacky... bringing your own cans to dinner... LOL I can just see them trying to pull a "pull tab fee" or something similiar to go along with the "Corkage fees" like when you bring your own wine. LOL

I'm always fine with Iced Tea or water at meals but then afterwards, will normally head back to the cabin for my "after dinner drink" a nice coke on ice.

I was able to bring a twelve pack of Coke and a twelve pack of Barq's Root Beer on our cruise. It was nice because Barq's is not available on the ship, and even with the sticker it was nice to have that last soda before bed without having to get dressed and traipse up to an open bar.
