about how far in advance can you book a shore excursion on line

Through RCCL or private co? I think you can book through RCCL as soon as you have a booking number.

I've been trying to book one for a November cruise for a couple of weeks now on RCCI website. It's been telling me they wouldn't be available until April. So I tried today and now it says they aren't available at this time and to book onboard. I know it's still really early and I'll keep trying.
