Tour of ship?

This will be my first cruise. Wondering if NCL offers the guests a tour of the ship...behind the scenes. Like onto the bridge...kitchen...etc... I'd enjoy seeing how the ship works/functions?:p

on the Pearl, there is an observation area where you can see into the bridge (not open for viewing after dark). there is a tour of the various public areas of the ship by the cruise director's staff, IIRC, but there are no behind-the-scenes tours. however, the captain does a "digital tour" of the ship in the theatre which is pretty interesting.
