Time in Vancouver

This question has been answered before but I can't find it ! We will be arriving Vancouver from Alaska on Sept 20 onboard the Sapphire Princess. We will probably disembark no later than 9am. Our flight does not leave until 7:45pm. Any suggestions on what to do and in particular what to do with the luggage ? Thanks for the help !

You can check you baggage with CDS Baggage service at the terminal and then perhaps take one many tours of the city; links to some are provided below. One thing to keep in mind though is that if you are returning to the US, this is considered an international flight so you must be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight and YVR is at least 45 minutes from downtown. Further, you will be going there in the height of the rush hour commute so I would be away from downtown not later then 4:45 pm and maybe more like 4:15. You will clear US customs at the airport.
