juneau or icy strait for whale watching?

We were planning on doing Harv & Marv in Juneau but I think I read somewhere that whale watching is better in icy strait....Budget Queen, are you there??...you seem to have all the answers. If I have a choice between the 2, which is better? We're sailing second week of August.

Does anyone have anything to offer on this? Harv & Marv are available and I don't want to miss the chance, but if Icy Strait is the better trip I'll book that. I thought I read that chances were better to see orcas at ISP along with the humpbacks. If everything else is equal I think I'd rather go with Harv & Marv. Anyone??

Not having personal experience I have read and been told excellent reviews of Captain Larry out of Juneau and Captain Floyd of F.I.S.H.E.S out of ISP. FISHES is a smaller boat only taking 6 people so I am leaning towards him as there lots of other excursion opportunities out of Juneau. But as I said this is not from personal experience
