:( The week always seems to go by so fast. One minute your all excited about checking in, next seems like you are checking out.

This was our first time on Carnival, I don't think I've ever had an easier check-in and check-out. :)

4/18 Decided to go down a day early, didn't do this last year and talk about stress during the day when your flight is delayed.

Limo picked us up at 3:45 a.m. for our 6:00 flight. Flew from Boston to Detroit (?) and from there to Orlando. Arrived in Orlando around 11:30, at our hotel (Airport Marriot) by noon. Beautiful weather, followed us the entire week. We got to walk around and just relax. Had lunch at Hooters which was close by. Went back to hotel and sat by the pool with a couple buckets of beer and soaked in the water. Stayed there till about 7:00 and decided on Dinner, went to Chili's, walking distance from the hotel.

After Dinner turned in, busy day ahead. Woke up early, had breakfast, then walked down to Walgreens to pick up some soda for the cruise. Got 2 twelve packs and had no problem bringing them on the ship. Back to hotel by 10, brought bags down and caught shuttle back to airport to meet carnival reps and transport to ship. Bus left airport around 11 and we got to the dock a little before 12. Walked off the bus, luggage being taken care of, went to security check. This is where Carnival really shined, we were through security and in line for our sign and sail cards in less than 30 minutes, no waiting at all. We actually were on the ship before they would allow guests to their staterooms (a first) so just checked things out, got the drink of the day (Funship Special), very good. Grabbed some food from the buffet and some ice cream. About 1:30 we got to go to our rooms. Good size, nice balcony (6277), our friends were next door and when we met our cabin steward, asked him to open the dividing door on the balcony.

I'll finish tomorrow, very tired.
