group rate?

I can't get my search function to work right, my apologies if this has already been posted. How many cabins have to be booked to qualify for a group rate? How significant an improvement is the group rate? We're thinking about taking my in-laws on an Alaskan cruise in the future, and possibly inviting my folks and our siblings as well.

Thanks!

If you call princess they will tell you that in order to qualify for a group rate you must have 5 cabins at double occupancy. In order to get a rebate of one cruise fare you will need 8 cabins at double occupancy.:o
