Setting up a Cash account on SET SAIL docs?

What is required to do this when you fill out the forms? Anything specific I should know before hand or be looking out for?

 

I haven't set up a cash account and it's for someone else I'm sailing with b/c they don't have any ink in their printer and I so luckily do.

Nothing. Just select "cash" or whatever the question is. Details will be done once onboard.

We've done this for the last three cruises and were allowed to charge up to $500 before a payment was required.
