FREEDOM ~ Portside or Starboard (Eastern)

Recommended Posts

Please help me in choosing a cabin. We are going on the Freedom of the Seas Eastern Caribbean and will be docked at all three ports. Is it better to book a portside or starboard balcony? We will be docked in San Juan Puerto, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, and Philipsburg, St. Maarten and would love to view the islands from our balcony. Which side is best??? Thanks for any tips.

I'm not sure you can tell which way is best..some times the ships turn completely around...that being said, St. Martin probrably looks best from the starboard side, St. Thomas and San Juan...not sure! Sorry to be so unhelpful!:D

We were on Starboard side of the ship on the Navigator and were facing the town side of the island in St. Maarten. On the Liberty, we were on Port side and faced the town side of the island. You never know.
