Mobile, AL. Web Cam Down

Recommended Posts

When will the web cam in Mobile, AL. port be up and running again. Been down since October last year.:(

It is owned by the Central Florida Hurricane center and is primarily intended to document storms in Mobile Bay. It just happens that they catch the cruise terminal in the shot. Perhaps an e-mail to them or the operator might get them on it. Or not. :)

Thank you for this information. I did not know that. I guess no storms are expected in Mobile or I wonder if it only gets turned on if there is threat of storm...hummmmm. I will write to them, Thanks again for the link.:)

I tried to contact, seems this is for weather hobbiests. I could not find an address or link to ask my question so no answers. Thanks again for trying to help. I wouldn't mind having this cam up full time...I have family close to southern AL. Guess for storms I'll have to use the NO one.
