Veendam Java Cafe

Is there a Java Cafe on the Veendam? We haven't sailed HAL in a while and have read where they had removed some of them.

Yes there is, but eventually all the ships will be removing the Java Cafe and replacing it with the Windstar Cafe which will be located where the library and card room are now located.. Ryndam is in drydock right now undergoing these major renovation including the installation of the Greenhouse Spa.

I was told that the Veendam will not go into drydock for her SOE modifications until early 2006. Until then I hope they will have a java cafe!:cool:

sailed on the veendam two weeks ago-java cafe was still there but the service was very indifferent-my wife always ordered the capuccino in the dining room and was a much pleasanter experience.

Thanks for your replys. We sail on Nov 20 and we will give it a try.
