Zed's Surfing in Barbados

We've signed up for Zed's surfing adventures in Barbados for surfing lessons. Has anyone used them before?

Seven of us just returned from the carnival victory tonight and zeds surfing adventure was one of the biggest hits of the trip....all of us (with zero surfing experience) were able to sucessfully ride numerous waves during the two hour lessons....we also saw numerous turtles during our time surfing...make sure you pay up front so that you receive free transportation from the ship and back to it...Zed has been burned by cruise ship passengers not showing up and will only pick you up with approved payment in advance....this was a great experience

How long was the lesson? How much does it cost? After the lesson are you free to continue on your own? Do they rent boogie boards? How did the transportation work? How far from the ship? Thanks in advance for any help.
