Handicap II on the Sun?

I was looking at cabin catagory II on the Sun and there are very few left for the cruise I am interested. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the handicap rooms, and if you liked them. I assume if there is a booking for a person that needs it I will be kicked out - at least I hope that is what NCL would do. The extra sq footage sounds nice since we are traveling with 4.

Any information would be great! Thank you.

My husband and I were in a HR on the DAWN in July. The room was huge!! Only thing was there was no windows so it was very dark in there!! The bathroom is wonderful.....tons of space and very wide for wheelchair access. No step up at all.....just a slight incline from the carpeting to the tile floor. There is also an alarm button right behind where the bed is so inadvertently my husband would set the alarm off by just moving his arms up and hitting the button by mistake. Then we would get a call to see if we were okay. We didnt even know about the button. So watch out... :) Plenty of space....just wish we had more light in there.

I stayed in a handicapped room on a different cruise line as my sister is in a wheelchair. It was excellent. The shower alone was the size of a regular inside cabin. The only negative was when the ship "rocked and rolled" you had to walk about eight feet in the shower in order to support yourself against the wall!
