Not directly. That hotel is in an odd location. It's main business is serving the UN and the Montreal Stock Exchange, the buildings next to this hotel.

The closest convenience store to that location is probably inside the Central Station (train station). There is a depanneur (convenience store) on the far west side of the train station. You can get there by going across to Place Bonaventure and then either walking across de la Gauchetiere or taking the underground walkway under the street.

The closest grocery store to that location is probably the IGA at Complexe Desjardins. That is at the Place des Arts Metro station or you can walk.

The closest large pharmacy would be the Pharmaprix at Place Ville-Marie. You can get there through the train station's underground passage under the Queen E to Place Ville-Marie (or walk the street)

Remember that stores have limited hours on certain days, while depanneurs and pharmacies usually have longer hours. Stores generally closet at 5PM on Saturdays and 4PM on Sundays. Some grocery stores are open later, but have a skeleton staff. Weekdays most stores close at 6PM except for Thursdays and Fridays, though some malls now stay open on Wednesdays and very few on Monday and Tuesday.

Not a problem. Here are the driving directions (and map) for IGA in Complexe Desjardins. And the walking directions (above ground) to Pharmaprix at Place Ville Marie (though Montrealers would naturally walk underground, is only from habit). The map to the underground city for the uninitiated is at http://www.stm.info/English/info/souterrain2008.pdf but remember that the Delta to Place Ville Marie underground is the long route. I would normally walk across to Place Bonaventure, through the building, walking across de la Gauchetiere and then into the train station and underground to Place Ville Marie. You can do it all aboveground but be aware that it's a hill.

In fact, if you look from the hotel toward Place Bonaventure you can see that the trains enter the centre of the building, but go through the building and end up underground by the time they reach the train station.
