Forward Suites on Pearl

Recommended Posts

We are booked in 9504 (AA) on Pearl this summer to Alaska. I have read on different posts that some ships have problems letting you go on balcony while cruising. Anyone know if this is a concern in my case? Thanks

No concern for you. You have two balconies. The side balcony is protected and should be usable at all times. The only issue with the forward balcony would be if you hit a storm. I was on the Sun with only a forward balcony in Alaska and used it every day and night.

We had 9500 on the Pearl to the Caribbean and while it was windy, the balcony was usable the entire cruise. Alaska will probably be cooler, but if you dress accordingly, you'll be fine. Also, like bigdog said, you actually have two balconies - so if the forward balcony is windy, use the side one. Enjoy the Pearl!
