internet cafes in port

Does anyone know if Constanta and/or Nessebur have internet cafes near the port? What about other ports on the Black Sea? I'd like to minimize my use of the ships computers due to the high costs and alleged slow connection.

I have been with O to the Black Sea and have personally used an Internet Cafe in both ports.

The one in Nessebur was easy to locate and use; in Constanta take the left fork from the museum drop off, walk to the center and ask about 6 times. Easy to use but they took only Romanian. I posted about my adventures using this "Cafe"-it's actually a game center one flight down, with good speed etc.

Given that Constanta offers little, finding the Internet and mixing with the locals is likely to be the day's highlight.
