LindaJSteele Posted June 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 2, 2008 For those of you who have sailed the 3-day Sensation cruise, could you answer a couple of questions for me? Is there a formal night? Is there a big production show? If so, what is it? How did you like the 3-day? Is it worth it to go? Thanks in advance!
DGP1111 Posted June 3, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2008 For those of you who have sailed the 3-day Sensation cruise, could you answer a couple of questions for me?Is there a formal night? Yes, 2nd night (in Nassau) Is there a big production show? If so, what is it? Production show on first and third night ("Curves") How did you like the 3-day? Is it worth it to go?advance! The cruise is what you make of it. I happen to really like this ship, which offers a convenient get-away due to being within close driving distance. I've been on it when there was a rowdy passenger group, and I've been on it when it was tame. Though not as large as the Conquest class vessels, there's still plenty of room on this large ship to distance yourself from anything/anyone that creates discomfort. One of the best dining room service teams I've ever had was on this ship last month. I hope you'll have a wonderful, and memorable, cruise on Carnival Sensation! Bon Voyage!! Sooner01 Posted June 3, 2008 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2008 We have done the 3 night Sensation twice. Is there a formal night? Yes, it is the 2nd night, the night you are in Nassau. Is there a big production show? Curves is usually the show, but they did Far From Over last time. Curves is a bit risque, but not too bad. Both are well done, colorful costumes etc. Enjoy the cruise. war_eagle99 Posted June 3, 2008 #7 Share Posted June 3, 2008 I think the three day is worth it if you can get it for $199-$250 a person. It's a nice inexpensive trip to the bahamas.
