This is definitely OT but I cannot get an answer anywhere else. I want to publish a family cookbook (I'll include Celeb martini recipes so I guess it isn't OT after all). Anybody ever done this? Know where I can get software to do it? Don't want to go to the fundraiser people. Not that many books to publish. Anybody?
