DonnaK Posted June 11, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Will I get cruise documents in the mail automatically, or do I have to request them? Or, are they only doing e-docs nowaday, and if so, how do I arrange to get those?
Toto2Kansas Posted June 11, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Princess only offers e-docs now. You didn't mention when you are cruising? If it is within the next few weeks, you may need to get your luggage tags at the pier. If longer than that, they should arrive about 30-60 days prior to your sailing. Normally, shortly after final payment date (not necessairly when you made final payment if you paid your cruise off early but the actual date final payment is due to be paid), the e-docs will be available for printing on your Princess Personalizer. Opps! Sorry, must have missed your countdown clock showing your cruise date. You won't have to request the documents that come by mail, they will be sent to you. They will include information on shore excursions, luggage tags and other forms, but as said, your actual boarding passes will be in e-doc form. hightownCO Posted June 11, 2008 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Donna, you'll need to go to the Princess Cruise Personalizer to fill out your Passenger Immigation Form and set up you on board account (credit card etc). Once that's done, you print our your boarding summary and boarding pass. You take that with you for check in along with your passport or birth certificate. Within about a month of cruise, Princess will send you luggage tags along with a couple of books-one covering your iteniary and another with general information. Have a great cruise! We've been on Carib. Princess twice and loved it. Link to Personalizer: https://book.princess.com/cruisepersonalizer/login.page?company=PC
