twinkle toes Posted June 11, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2008 I have been on the Royal Caribbean website looking at the various "excursions" that can be done through the boat, and can't find anything about swimming/feeding the stingrays at cococay. I have read on various threads where people have done this activity at cococay, but don't know where they signed up for this. Can anyone give me any info? I know about the excursion for this at Nassau, but I wanted to see if they did this at the private island as well.
aurelius180 Posted June 11, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2008 I'm not aware of this as an excursion at Coco Cay. While there I did see a couple swimming around though.
Jsme Posted June 11, 2008 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Is that new? I have not heard of it either. We hung at the adult beach and had the JetSki tour booked but a storm blew in and we all had to leave the island. They refunded our money. I am hoping to do this in April of 2009. PSCruiser Posted June 11, 2008 #5 Share Posted June 11, 2008 There is no stingray excursion at Coco Cay, although you might see one while snorkeling. Also, wait to do the one at Grand Cayman, not the one in Nassau - in Nassau they are penned up. The one at Grand Cayman is great! If the water is clear, the snorkeling at Coco Cay can be very good - some reef, lots of fish.
