Private group tour

A small group (8-12) of us are thinking of doing a private group tour in Barbados. We know where we want to go and what we want to see. Does anyone know which reputable tour operators would put something together for us?

We just got back from the Adventure of the Seas. We were a group of 17-ages 5-70! We booked with Thriller Boats. We did the 1/2 day tour were we swam with turtles,and snorkled several locations! It was beautiful! Stephen and Mathew were great and took care of everything! If water is your thing Thriller was great!;)
