Sunset Inns & Suites Hotel in Vancouver

Has anyone stayed at this hotel in downtown Vancouver? If so, can you give some feedback.

 

The description says that it is in walking distance to all of downtown. I was wondering how true that was.

 

Were the rooms comfortable and clean? How was the hotel service?

 

This is my first time in Vancouver. I will be staying two days before my cruise to the Northern Pacific.

 

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think I will still go with the hotel.
