I just got back from Western Freedom of the Seas...I know many of us wanted to know about any updates from Preismans Menus. Hope this helps.

 

SUNDAY: Sail Away Dinner

(This is the Dinner is Served menu on Preismans)

Appetizer:

Smoke Fish Tapenade, Watermelon and Onion Tart the same.

Other appetizers listed have been replaced with Strawberry, Kiwi, Pineapple Medley, Tortilla Soup and Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup

Entrees:

Shrimp Ravioli, Linguini with Marinara, Pan-Seared Salmon, Filet of Atlantic Cod, Pan-Fried Pork Medallions, Chicken Breast with Season Herbs, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib,

Black Angus Top Sirloin, Grilled Mediterranean Quesadilla, Aloo Gobi Methi

MONDAY: Captain’s Gala Dinner (Formal)

Same

TUESDAY: Venetian Feast Dinner

I didn’t eat in dining room but it was Venetian Feast

WEDNESDAY: Surf Dinner

Same menu

THURSDAY: Chefs Dinner (Formal)

Same as Preismans Friday Dinner, this is the one with Lobster

FRIDAY: Crown & Anchor Dinner

Same as Preismans Thursday dinner..

Changes in entrees only: Tortellini and Lamb are the same.

Others entrees replaced by Panko-Cilantro Catch of the Day, Pan-Fried Cauliflauer Cakes and Vegetable Vinadaloo

SATURDAY: Feast of Nations

Same

Completely different from the menus they had on the Mariner last week.

Funny the Hotel Director on IOS all the menus were the sam across the fleet after we tackled him about the food onboard the IOS last week !!
