Hope this helps. SUNDAY: Sail Away Dinner (This is the Dinner is Served menu on Preismans) Appetizer: Smoke Fish Tapenade, Watermelon and Onion Tart the same. Other appetizers listed have been replaced with Strawberry, Kiwi, Pineapple Medley, Tortilla Soup and Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup Entrees: Shrimp Ravioli, Linguini with Marinara, Pan-Seared Salmon, Filet of Atlantic Cod, Pan-Fried Pork Medallions, Chicken Breast with Season Herbs, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, Black Angus Top Sirloin, Grilled Mediterranean Quesadilla, Aloo Gobi Methi MONDAY: Captain’s Gala Dinner (Formal) Same TUESDAY: Venetian Feast Dinner I didn’t eat in dining room but it was Venetian Feast WEDNESDAY: Surf Dinner Same menu THURSDAY: Chefs Dinner (Formal) Same as Preismans Friday Dinner, this is the one with Lobster FRIDAY: Crown & Anchor Dinner Same as Preismans Thursday dinner.. Changes in entrees only: Tortellini and Lamb are the same.
