Majesty 3 Night Questions

Recommended Posts

I've only sailed 7 nights or longer -- and never out of Miami -- so I have some questions:

How far from the parking garage to the ship?

Any hints on a good place to park in the garage?

What is the earliest boarding time?

Is wine tasting offered?

Anyone have luck changing dining time after boarding?

What can I expect for menu items on such a short sailing?

Is breakfast served in the dining room on the last day?

Is the Champagne Card offered?

Any other hints or tips???

:-)

I've been on Majesty 3 times and I can answer some of these questions:

The parking garage is right next to the cruise terminal. VERY easy parking. All of the spaces in the garage are good because it's in such close proximity. I suggest getting a spot near an elevator, though, for the luggage. :)

I've been on board Majesty as early as 11. The lines are short (shorter if you're platinum or Diamond) and it's very easy boarding in Miami.

Changing dining times is pretty easy and I haven't had a problem doing that once on board.

I can't remember the exact menu, but they definitely had Italian night (scallop risotto).

Breakfast is served in the dining room on the last morning.

Hope that helps a little!

How far from the parking garage to the ship? Same as any other ship, just across the street.

Any hints on a good place to park in the garage? Closer to the ship is easier of course.

What is the earliest boarding time? We have been on as early as 11:10.

Is wine tasting offered? Yes.

Anyone have luck changing dining time after boarding? Yes, go straight to the DR and make your request, "usually" there is a good chance.

What can I expect for menu items on such a short sailing? The usual stuff, Italian, Steak, Fish...... but usually pretty good, the jammer is also very good, we think better that other ships.

Is breakfast served in the dining room on the last day? Yes.

Is the Champagne Card offered? Not that we know of.

Any other hints or tips??? Check out the Deli next to Sorrento's and opposite of Johnny Rocket's above the Windjammer. Forward of it and centered is a neat sitting area above the forward part of the jammer.
