Hawaii Shore Excursions

Since the golden princess has not been to hawaii before, I am really having problems finding reviews for the princess lines shore excursions for hawaii. Can anyone help me find the area or areas,ship or ships that I can find reviews for the excursions listed for princess. or is it a better idea to use non princess lines excursions. What would be the draw back if any for using non princess lines excursions? thanks for all your help I am going on the golden in november to hawaii. nov 12th sailing.

This past year the Diamond went to Hawaii and before that the Island. if you go to member reviews and find those ships they will have lots of reviews. Also go over tothe Ports of Call boad and scroll down to hawaii. All sorts of info there.

Since Hawaii is very easy to navigate on your own, we didn't do any of the ship excursions but chose to do our own in each port. One of the easiest things to do is rent a car and explore.
