HMC windsurfing question

I am wanting to try windsurfing on my next cruise. I have only found 1 post refering to windsurfing at HMC, but have not seen any pricing or info anywhere else. Is there actually windsurfing there, and if so what is the cost and do they have someone to instruct you?
