Confirmation From Major Tom

I reserved our cave tubing excursion wiht Major Tom this morning, but have not received the confirmation email. I confirmed I provided him the right email address and have checked my junk folder. I assume the email is not auto-generated, but must be sent by a human?

 

How long should it take to receive confirmation? Same day?

when we booked ours, we received a confirmation email within 24 hours. We found his communication to be excellent, so just give it some more time. He is probably out there tubing!

Thanks for the reply. I figured it was something like that. Some companies the email is automatically generated. I actually prefer a personal response.

Make sure you check your spam folder. When I recieved his message it went to my spam/trash folder.
