Caribbean Princess - Menus (Part Deux)

Hello everyone!

 

I am still looking for some help to try to determine what nights I want to book Sabatini's, Sterlings and the Ultimate Balcony Dinner for. We are sailing on the Caribbean Princess on August 6th, Bermuda first port, Grand Turk last.

 

If someone could give me the highlights of the menus for each evening, I would greatly appreciate it so that I can make my decision prior to leaving for the cruise (there are eight of us).

Last year I e-mailed princess, asking for the menu and they sent it to me. Someone had posted the e-mail address, I told them when I was going and what ship I was going on.

I've emailed them twice. Didn't even get a response. Also tried to get them while onboard but again was turned down. Oh well, I guess it's a highly guarded secret!

Received sample menus today - lunch, dinner and dessert collections - Emerald.

They do not send actual menus.

I was on the June 3rd sailing with the same port schedule. The menus were as follows, and I listed what I could remember (which isn’t much):

Captain’s Welcome

Cosmopolitan – Filet and Shrimp

Chef’s Choice

Captain’s Gala - Lobster, Ravioli

Landfall- Prime Rib
